The best thing about Monteith Place is the great location. With access to the now completed I-485 loop just 3 miles away it's easy to get everywhere from Monteith Place! Even for I-77 commuters this is a great location close to exit 23 or easily accessed via the the exit 19 exit and I-485 connection to Old Statesville Road. If you love the lake - well it's just a 15 minute drive to the public boat launch at Blythe Landing.
